Founder & Owner

Welcome to Tree of Life Nursery,

My name is Ms. Maryam Sheidany, and I am the owner and founder of Tree of Life Nursery. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Studies and Early Learning Education from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.

With over 24 years of experience working with children under the age of five—and 14 years of professional experience here in Doha—I have dedicated my career to creating nurturing environments that support each child’s growth, curiosity, and love of learning.

When I first arrived in Doha in 2012, I was searching for a nursery for my one-year-old child. After visiting several places, I realized I wanted something more—a space where children could learn through discovery, play, and connection with nature, just as I had experienced during my time in Canada. That’s when I decided to use my background and open my first nursery in Doha, a place where I felt my own child—and all children—deserved to grow.

Tree of Life Nursery is my second nursery in Doha, built from that same passion and vision. Both our building design and curriculum are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, where education and nature are deeply intertwined. We believe that children thrive when they are encouraged to explore, create, and engage meaningfully with the world around them.

I feel truly privileged to continue providing a safe, caring, and inspiring environment where every child can learn, grow, and flourish.

Hello, I’m Ms Nada Haffar

I am the Manager of Tree of Life Nursery, and I feel truly lucky to do what I love every day—working with children and helping them grow. I hold a Montessori qualification in Early Childhood Education and have 11 years of experience in the field, guiding TLN nursery with love and care.

At TLN, we embrace the Reggio Emilia approach and the EYFS British Curriculum to create a caring, creative, and inspiring environment where every child can explore, learn, and shine. Supporting children, teachers, and families is my passion, and together with my team, I am dedicated to making every day at Tree of Life Nursery a joyful and meaningful experience.

My name is Nagham Sarieddine. I’m a positive person with an enthusiastic outlook on life.

I am very passionate about working with children and take pride in being well-organized. I’m also patient, creative. My goal is always to create a warm, supportive, and productive environment wherever I am.
